The Last Drop Distillers: Infinity 22YO Rum Single Cask

A VOYAGE THROUGH TIME and across the globe, The Last Drop’s Infinitum Rum is an epic blend born from hundreds of duty suspended samples collected during the year 2000. This remarkable bottling is a truly international spirit.

What happens to old pre-shipment samples? Having been kept for the required time for quality management purposes, all the rum samples were placed into an oak rum cask in December 2000, sealed and left to slumber in a Liverpool warehouse where it lay for 22 more years.

The result of this maturation is an intricate dance of flavours from a diverse line-up of countries including Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad, Barbados, Venezuela, Guadeloupe, Brazil, and Saint Lucia. The majority, hails from the rich distilleries of Guyana, with contributions from Jamaica’s pot stills, Trinidad’s column stills, and unique elements from Barbados, Venezuela, Guadeloupe, Brazil, and Saint Lucia.
