This dry Pedro Ximenez is the only table wine in Toro Albala stable. Raised in stainless steel, this is a crisp and textural Andalucan white made to go with traditional Spanish seafood and fried fish dishes (e.g. anchovies, or wedge sole) and would be great with cold dishes such as Cordoba salmorejo (a cold tomato and garlic soup).
