Dark colour with a very bright red rim. Nose is aromatic. The palate is so rich and elegant. Powerful and intense but it is almost mouthwatering. It has such a high level of flavour from start to finish, tannins are firm. The expression in the glass is amazing. High acidity, black soft fruit and cherry. Layers of leather, tobacco and spice notes. It is so long on the palate. This is pure elegance in a glass. Finesse and pure 20/20 - the best of the vintage! Donal Morris
