THE LAST DROP ASSEMBLY was formed in 2020 and comprises some of the great blenders of our time, including the founder and blender of the first new Irish Whiskey Bonder in Ireland for over 100 years. It is with great pride that we present our third Signature Blend, a 32 Year Old Blended Irish Whiskey created by Louise McGuane exclusively for The Last Drop.
Drawing on her maturing inventory of barrels of different Irish Whiskeys, Louise has chosen from the oldest and finest casks in her collection, and combined them to create something unique, delicious and truly remarkable.
A taste of the Emerald Isle, speaking of the past, but with a flourish which brings it right into the 21st Century.
