Another 100% PX from Montilla Moriles with 10 years of Soleras of a blend from Oloroso and sweet PX. Medium brown. Nose with sugar oranges, seafood in can, spices (nutmeg and pepper) and hint of acetic. Almost luscious sensation, very creamy but well balanced by acidity .. very frank in the flavours and nice persistency. The perfect Cream to pair with dessert.
